The constitutional right to vote is the heart of our democracy. It's how citizens make their voices heard and hold elected officials responsible. And in Kansas, county-level officials have immense discretion on the voting process.

You can support voting rights in your community by emailing your election commissioner and telling them you support expanding voting access in your county.

  • Wyandotte County: Email Michael Abbott to support language access and expanded early voting!
  • Shawnee County: Email Andrew Howell to support expanded early voting!
  •  Johnson County: Email Fred Sherman to support language access and vote from jail!
  • Ellis County: Email Bobbi Dreiling to support a polling location on Fort Hays campus!
  • Sedgwick County: Email Laura Rainwater to mail advanced ballot applications to every voter!
