Treating Advance Ballots as Provisional Ballots

HB 2571 will create undue barriers to voters making their voice heard. Making advance ballots provisional creates delays and operational challenges and increases the risk of voter confusion—which could lead voters to inadvertently break voting laws. This bill would make voting more complicated and less accessible for Kansans.
