Gloria B.

As Chief Operating Officer, Gloria is responsible for the financial, human resources and administrative activities for the Kansas affiliate.  Gloria joined the Kansas affiliate in 2022.  Prior to coming to ACLU Kansas, Gloria had over seven years of financial experience working in the non-profit field with previous roles including finance director for Mental Health America of the Heartland. Gloria has a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and is passionate about using her expertise to help individuals receive the rights and liberties to live life without stigma or prejudices.
 
Gloria resides in Kansas City, KS and is a member of several nonprofit and social benefit organizations.  In her free time, Gloria enjoys gardening and reading.
