Allie currently serves as the Field Organizer for the ACLU Kansas affiliate. She is responsible for mobilizing and developing the leadership of supporters across Kansas to achieve short and long term campaign objectives.

Allie began her career in her hometown of Iola, Kansas at Thrive Allen County, the largest and most prominent rural health advocacy organization in the state. Additionally, she has provided administrative support to multiple partisan campaigns, including the Barbara Bollier and Mark Holland for Kansas races. She also served as a fellow for Planned Parenthood Great Plains in 2022, aiding in the 16-point defeat of the constitutional amendment abortion ban, which she considers one of her greatest accomplishments.

Outside of work Allie serves as the Vice President of the Kansas Young Democrats, is a Friends of the Arts Councilmember at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and is an avid tennis player.
