We urge you to support HB 2317 because this bill could prevent the displacement and disenfranchisement of poor communities due to poorly written eminent domain laws. This is an issue of equality, justice, and property rights, to which every Kansan should have equal access.

We urge you to vote no on HB 2191, as it has numerous privacy concerns and would infringe on 4th Amendment rights. Nothing in this bill limits the scope of review or examination of the data by outside parties.

We urge you to support SB 130 as it is a sound policy that will benefit voters and allow more eligible votes that should be counted to be counted.
