As we celebrate 60 years of the ACLU of Kansas, we were honored to be joined by Anthony Romero, Executive Director of ACLU National. Anthony shared his insights in a fireside chat with independent journalist Mary Sanchez, which we're excited to share in this month's podcast.

Following the release of our in-depth report on pretrial detention in Sedgwick County, the ACLU of Kansas held a Wichita justice summit to discuss the report's insights while also taking a broader look at the criminal legal system writ large. We were honored to be joined by Yasmin Cader, Deputy Legal Director at ACLU National.
