Restricting which websites can accept and transmit voter registration applications.

This bill unnecessarily restricts how Kansans may register to vote, suppresses lawful civic engagement by non-governmental organizations, and will reduce participation in civic life by limiting online registration to government entities and those approved by the Kansas Secretary of State.
