On October 2, 2020, the ACLU of Kansas and the Disability Rights Center of Kansas sent a letter to Johnson County Election Commissioner Connie Schmidt about expanding efforts to ensure every Kansas voter is able to cast a ballot in the upcoming election, especially by providing adequate mail ballot access and curbside voting.
