Letter to Secretary of State Scott Schwab, Language Access 2025
On November 24, 2025, we sent a letter respectfully urging Secretary of State Scott Schwab to work proactively with local election commissioners to provide Spanish-translated and multilingual election materials.
Some of the largest counties in the state are working to improve voter participation for their multilingual constituents. We're asking Secretary of State Scott Schwab to cut the red tape, hear the requests of the voting public, and supply Spanish-language voting materials at our Kansas polls.
