From the courts to our communities, Pride and the fight for equality takes many forms. In this episode of Marching On, we are joined by Legal Fellow DC Hiegert to share more about Loe v. Kansas, our newly-filed lawsuit challenging Kansas's ban on gender-affirming healthcare for trans minors. DC also joined us for a second emergency update segment after a judge blocked Attorney General Kris Kobach from denying gender changes on driver's licenses. They also contextualize how recent decisions from the federal courts affect trans Kansans. Afterward, we are joined by Ray and Sam, activists and artists who helped lead Kansas's submission for ACLU's Freedom To Be project which was featured on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
