Bio
Zoe is the Voting Rights Policy Strategist for the ACLU of Kansas. She is responsible for tracking local and statewide policy, as well as crafting policy recommendations for Kansas elected officials—each with focus on protecting and expanding voting rights for Kansans.
Zoe graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology. Prior to joining the affiliate, her experience spanned campaign, legislative, and communications work. Following graduation, she joined the ACLU of Missouri’s Communications team, where she managed the editorial process of an education equity report and supported the creation of social media and website content to announce the report and its findings.
Having developed a passion for missions fueled by social justice and for centering the power of policy and advocacy, Zoe is committed to defending and strengthening democracy in her hometown of Kansas City and to securing civil liberties victories for all Kansans.
