ACLU Responds to Supreme Court Decision on Arizona Voter Law

The U.S. Supreme Court today invalidated a burdensome Arizona state documentation requirement that restricted its citizens' ability to register to vote in federal elections. A similar law in Kansas has been in effect since January of this year.
