The Safe and Welcoming Ordinance creates a vibrant, more connected Wyandotte County where everyone wins. The ordinance includes a municipal ID program which would make it easier to enroll children in schools, open bank accounts, pick up prescriptions, and access health care. Additionally, the ordinance affirms that local law enforcement will not volunteer to take on unfunded immigration enforcement. Be part of the fight!
