Letitia joined ACLU Kansas as Policy Director in 2018. Originally from Kansas City, Letitia traveled the world for study and work before coming back home to be near family. Prior to accepting the position at ACLU Kansas, Letitia has been a Political Science and Anthropology Professor, and an International Human Rights Consultant.
In 2000 Letitia was accepted as an Associate Student of Oxford University in Oxford, UK, where she studied English Romantic Literature. She returned to the states to complete a Bachelor's in International Studies at Seattle Pacific University. She received a Master's from the University of Washington Jackson School of International Studies in International Relations, specializing in Political Economy and Human Rights.
Letitia has advocated for civil liberties and human rights in the United States, Kenya, India, Nepal, and Kuwait.
